Bristol is where it all began. Founded by Pixie Owen back in October 2020, this was one of the very first We The Free teams and it’s been bold, creative, and unapologetic ever since. Now joined by Stephen and Owen, the team continues to show up across the city with passion, consistency, and heart. ✊🔥

We’re a dedicated group of vegan animal rights activists taking action across Bristol and the surrounding area. From powerful street outreach and eye-opening public events to regular monthly community socials, we believe real change starts with connection. 🫶🌱

Our work isn’t just about speaking up for animals. We also show up for each other and for Bristol itself, hosting litter picks and community activities that care for the city we call home. 🧹🏙️💚

But grassroots activism comes with real costs. Outreach gear, materials, and the vegan prizes we use to engage the public all add up. That’s where your support can make a huge difference. 🙏✨

💚 £50 rents a table at a vegan market to recruit volunteers and raise awareness.

💚 £200 buys a long-lasting battery and charger to power event screens.
💚 £500 can purchase essential equipment that our team needs to upgrade our setup and outreach more people per event.
