WTF Universidades, CDMX somos simplemente un grupo de personas comunes que dedicamos nuestro tiempo como voluntarios para intentar crear un mundo mejor para los animales, y necesitamos tu ayuda. 💪✊

🐾 Nuestro trabajo

Realizamos el 3 Minute Movie Challenge en el campus de la Universidad de la Ciudad de México y ofrecemos a las personas un snack vegetal a cambio de ver un potente video de 3 minutos sobre nuestra relación rota con los animales.

Después, nuestras personas de outreach mantienen conversaciones más profundas con quienes participan, ayudándoles a explorar sus propios valores e inspirando un cambio de comportamiento significativo.

Este año esperamos tener miles de conversaciones con miembros del público, pero estas conversaciones necesitan financiación.

También queremos invertir en nuestro equipo y materiales para asegurar que nuestra presencia sea lo más profesional posible, así como en encuentros sociales y comunitarios, que son fundamentales para que las personas activistas puedan conectar entre sí en espacios de bajo estrés y evitar el desgaste.

  • 200 plus street outreach teams hosted around 1,300 events and 30,000 in person conversations

  • We delivered free training to 4,500 volunteers

  • We are building long term, grassroots power for animals through outreach, training, and systems that help activists start and sustain teams in their communities.
  • Monthly support is especially valuable because it allows us to plan ahead, invest in growth, and respond quickly to opportunities.
