Support my 30 different workout routines in 30 days💥
I’m Laura, and I want to take on this fitness challenge for my late grandma ❤️. She was a wonderful human and my safe space as a kid. However, she dealt with many health problems in her life, including mobility issues, and I want to honour her by challenging myself to live a more active and healthy lifestyle 💪.
My biggest problem with working out is I don’t ever feel the post-workout goodness! I feel tired, sweaty, and drained 😅, and don’t want to do anything for the rest of the day. I’m desperate to find my spark ✨ and discover enjoyment in moving my body again. I want to pick up the animals I care for 🐾 when they need help or love without hurting my back. So my aim is to find that joy in working out by using this 30 days to build a sustainable workout routine that can act as a solid foundation for me to continue once the month is over.
We The Free’s Fitness Challenge is the perfect opportunity for me to do that, because not only am I supporting the animals 🐮🐷🐔 alongside my fitness regime, but all donations will be TRIPLED by a donation matching program 🔥, so there really is no excuse to not get involved and give it my all. Advocating for animals is a big part of my life and I truly believe that this will be the motivation I need to find my love for working out — because it’s not just for me, it’s for them 💚. The donations will go to a WTF activism team that are giving their all for animals in the streets, educating the public and opening people’s hearts.
Thank you for taking time to read through this 🙏, and I hope you can give generously to support this incredible organisation.
