How we’re building our team, one volunteer at a time

Around 90% of our dedicated staff initially began as volunteers at We The Free, a testament to just how much we value our volunteers’ hard work and dedication.

We recognize that paid positions in advocacy are a privilege and therefore, we prioritize extending interview opportunities for paid employment or contractor roles to individuals who have volunteered with our team. Check out some of our available positions below!
