How does WTF create a safe and sustainable space for activists?

WTF recently surveyed over 1,100 animal rights activists from around the world. Collectively, activists voiced what they needed to be the most effective advocates for animals. The WTF team took all of those responses and built an organizational culture that revolves around positive recognition, leadership training, empowerment, communication and feedback. None of us are perfect, so if you feel that any WTF community member has violated any of WTF’s core values (even unintentionally), feedback is always welcome.
