We The Free has introduced the Constellation Model of Leadership, a framework that reflects how our volunteers, organizers, and support teams work together. The model views the movement as a connected constellation where every role has importance and direction, balancing local autonomy with shared guidance and care. This approach builds on our earlier experiences and creates a structure that supports safety, consistency, and long-term growth.
