About the Facilitator:
Jen is the Community Director at We The Free and has had an active presence in the animal rights movement since 2017. She was introduced to the Inspiring Behaviour Change method since joining WTF in 2021 and quickly made it central to her approach to animal advocacy. Since then, she has gone on to train thousands of activists through regular online trainings and in-person workshops around the world.
Jen has been leading teams and communities since 2014 and has extensive experience developing and delivering trainings. Her background in sales and working with people, combined with years of putting IBC into practice herself, has given her a strong practical understanding of how to create conversations where people feel heard, become open to new perspectives, and are able to explore meaningful change for themselves.
