Working for We The Free is such an honor and a privilege - both because of the amazing and impactful work we achieve, and because of the inspirational activists I get to work alongside.

I love that we have built a team culture where we can challenge each other and have difficult conversations when needed, but because we have put in the work to develop team bonds, and we can approach those conversations with compassion and empathy - they aren't that difficult after all.
