🥳 Social Event: 'Bite Size Behaviour Changes' Lecture and Dinner at Padharo

Join us at this free lecture, which is part of the British Science Festival. While not specifically focussed on veganism, it looks at why it can be hard for some of us to make lasting changes to our diet, and what strategies we can use to help us make them anyway. Plant-based and healthy food choices feature in the talk, and we may be able pick up some useful ideas for our outreach conversations. If you like, we can then wander down to Padharo and make some delicious vegan food choices there! Of course you can just attend the lecture, or just join us at Padharon around 7pm if you can't make both.
