🌱 Community Outreach & Awareness Event

Why do so many people love dogs but eat cows, chickens, and pigs? We will ask the public to confront this contradiction by setting up a table for Elwood's Dog Meat, a fictional farm that raises dogs for food. We will offer "samples" (mock meat, of course) and take "orders" for the products. We will use the same language that other animal farms use to describe their products ("It's organic", "It's nutritious", "It's our livelihood"). Will people feel that these justifications are as valid for dog meat as the meat they eat every day? If they come to realize that no animal farming is justified, we will provide them with the resources they need to go vegan.
